There is nothing better than food that you have grown yourself. For Valentines day Ryan gave me some herb seed/potting soil/pots. So, we planted them and have been watching them grow this winter/spring. This past week, we were able to eat some of the fruits of our success . . . cilantro!
We ate it like this . . . and it was great! Very spicy!
We also decided that we are going to open a restaurant that features the biggest pancakes around . . .
Oh, baby! Isn't he delicious!
